Sustainability requires inspiration and creativity, especially from young people. Europa-Park promotes this connection with the Talent Academy. It was founded by Katja Mack in 2014. Ice skating, circus gymnastics, flamenco or singing: no matter which of the more than 100 courses the talents choose - they are supported by over 40 professional coaches. In the meantime, the talent factory has more than 500 members and is also widely known through successful shows and international competitions. Recently, it has started to offer even more opportunities. The Talent Academy has moved into a new location with more than 2,000 square metres. The building was extensively rebuilt and renovated. “For many years, we have been observing a permanent increase in interest,” explains Katja Mack.
