The awards for Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant keep pouring in. After being awarded two Michelin stars for the eighth time in a row, more accolades have been added. The world’s only Michelin-starred restaurant in a theme park has also been ranked 33rd among the best restaurants in Germany in the Hornstein Ranking. In the ahgz Star Awards, the Ammolite achieved 29th place among the top German restaurants. The Gusto guide also recently reviewed the fine dining restaurant again. And the verdict was nine out of a possible ten pans! This reconfirms our consistently outstanding performance. “We are constantly working on making our cuisine even more refined and delicate,” promises head chef Peter Hagen-Wiest.
