Eatrenalin: An out-of-this-world experience

Travelling to the moon in self-propelled armchairs, plus an exquisite eight-course menu: Lovers of good food and excitement will certainly not forget a visit to our new adventure restaurant Eatrenalin in a hurry. This “restaurant of the future” at hotel Krønasår is a completely new innovation that cannot be experienced anywhere else in the world. Take a seat and “float” into different worlds of pleasure. Without ever having to move, your chair will take you on a journey. “Floating Chairs” is the name of the new technology from roller coaster manufacturer Mack Rides in Waldkirch, which belongs to the Mack Group. In one of the rooms, you are even launched in a rocket to the moon!

Every course is a work of art
Europa-Park owner Thomas Mack created Eatrenalin together with Oliver Alther, CEO of Marché International. “The aim is to reinvent gastronomy and to touch the guests emotionally,” explains Mack. During the two-hour journey, all of your senses are addressed in an interplay of media technology and innovative projections – not only through scents and tastes, but also through sight, sound and touch.

A total of eight courses are served. “Each course is a culinary work of art that will surprise and amaze you,” describes Altherr. There are three menus to choose from, developed by chef Pablo Montoro from Alicante, Spain. He has already worked alongside star chef Ferrán Adrià in his restaurant El Bulli, which has been named the “best restaurant in the world” several times. “Guests are always looking for special experiences,” says Thomas Mack. And in this spectacular fine dining restaurant Eatrenalin, a very special experience is guaranteed.
