Ingredients for four people:
1 watermelon (about 3 kg)
500 g feta
100 ml white balsamic vinegar
100 ml olive oil,
Salt,ground black pepper
fresh garden cress or watercress
Preparation:
Peel and deseed the watermelon and cut it into cubes. Cube the feta too and mix it with the watermelon. For the dressing, mix balsamic and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the watermelon and feta. Garnish with cress and serve.
