The "Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant" is unique: It is the world's only Michelin-starred restaurant located in an amusement park. For the ninth consecutive time, they have been awarded two Michelin stars.
Peter Hagen-Wiest's culinary style blends modern, international cuisine with a regional touch. The "Green Forest" menu focuses on vegetarian ingredients, creatively combined – for example, Hagen-Wiest skilfully combines leek, nori algae and gribiche sauce. The "Around The World" menu takes you on a culinary journey around the world in a seven-course menu: Here, gourmets can look forward to Japanese Wagyu, considered the world's best meat, as well as palm hearts, halibut, scallops, and pigeons, among other delicacies.
