"Every moment is a sensory delight, a symphony of aromas, tastes, textures, sights, and sounds." This is how the blog "tymikat" describes a visit to Eatrenalin. This restaurant novelty has been captivating the culinary world since the end of 2022. This gourmet experience uniquely blends culinary excellence with "Floating Chairs," along with visual, auditory, and haptic sensations.
In the "Floating Chairs," guests are guided by computers through a total of eleven culinary theme worlds, all the way to the moon. The eight-course menu combines modern influences from around the world. It is expertly crafted by an international team led by head chefs Ties van Oosten and Juliana Clementz (who is also the pastry chef). The small bursts of flavour served in the "Taste" room alone are truly out of this world.
Bookings are now open in combination with an overnight stay at the Europa-Park Adventure Resort until 12 January 2025.
