"Amitié - La Cuisine du Château" is the name of a new restaurant run by the Mack family in Wuenheim near Colmar in southern Alsace. Under the direction of Executive Chef Holger Strütt, it combines local and international dishes with a strong French influence. The ‘Charcoa Grill’ is a highlight. Regional meat, fish and home-grown vegetables are grilled on charcoal in front of the guests. Special offers such as the five-course arrangement "Table de L'Amitié" including wine accompaniment are served regularly.
