In the multisensory Eatrenalin restaurant, dinner does not begin with cutlery but with a countdown. Then the door opens to another world. Culinary expertise, technique and emotion merge into a unique fine dining experience. Here you hover – literally – in comfortable “floating chairs” through rooms of flavour.
Eight stars on one menu
For this season, four two-star chefs have come together to create a menu that lifts fine dining into a new sphere: Peter Hagen-Wiest (Eatrenalin & Ammolite), Christian Kuchler (Taverne zum Schäfli, Switzerland), Stefan Heilemann (Restaurant Widder, Zürich) and Paul Stradner (Villa René Lalique, Alsace).
Together they boast eight Michelin stars and deliver a menu of the highest quality. Each room bears the signature of one of the chefs: from Asian-inspired umami with red mullet and miso to powerfully flavoured game dishes in the Universe room.
The sweet end to the meal comes from Hagen-Wiest himself, who is also the culinary conductor of the menu as a whole. The experience takes over two hours in total and is accompanied by the AI assistant “Lina”, who, by the end, is herself dreaming of becoming human so that she can experience it all too. Eatrenalin is for diners who want to experience top gastronomy in a new way – sensually, creatively and without limits.
