If the term "cosy" didn't already exist, someone would surely invent it for the "Walliser Weinkeller". Designed with old wood and quarry stone in a chic alpine style, the vaulted parlour in the Swiss-themed area welcomes guests as if it wants to embrace them. In the traditional Valais wine cellar, guests can indulge in cheese fondue and selected Swiss wines. Can there be anything more cosy than sitting around the fondue pot in such an atmosphere and dipping pieces of bread into melted cheese with long forks? With a little imagination, even the mountains suddenly seem very close.
