The Europa-Park experience resort has once again received an important wellness award. ‘Wellness Stars Germany’ have honoured four Europa-Park hotels with their seal of quality. With about 80 certified facilities, ‘Wellness Stars Germany’ is the largest certification brand in the wellness sector in Germany. The 4-star (superior) hotels ‘Colosseo’, ‘Bell Rock’ and ‘Santa Isabel’ were once again awarded the highest possible rating with five stars.

‘Mystery tester’ in action
The 4-star superior hotel ‘Krønasår’ (pictured) also received the certification for the first time. The seal stands for reliability in Germany's wide range of wellness centres and for high-quality offers. The inspection by ‘Wellness Stars Deutschland GmbH’ is carried out by independent auditors. True to the motto ‘We test – you relax’, a so-called ‘mystery tester’ is also on the job, unannounced and unrecognised. Guests of the 3,400 square metre wellness areas in the Europa-Park hotels can therefore rest assured: Those who spend relaxing days with treatments, in the pools or saunas can enjoy certified quality.
