The Wild West never rests. And the restaurants in the new Silver Lake City are also open throughout the winter. The lovingly designed Western town transforms itself into a real winter adventure with authentic saloons, hearty food and numerous events for the whole family.
At its heart, the “Diner Station” buffet restaurant – with the nostalgic design of a Western railroad station – tempts you in to enjoy a hearty meal in the train compartment. The “Wild Horse Bar” next door has all the flair of a saloon, with beer, whiskey and billiards. The “All-you-can-eat spare ribs” evenings in the “Silver Lake Saloon”, which run Friday to Sunday every day until March, are a particular highlight – with ribs, sides and Western atmosphere all thrown in. The “Country Brunch” on selected Sundays rounds off the list of winter pleasures.
As a gift idea, vouchers that can be combined into individual packages are available for adventure evenings with overnight accommodation. The “Riverside Western Lodge” – the guesthouse opening in summer 2026 with 119 rooms in true Western style – is also open for bookings from 11 November 2025.
