The renowned “Schlemmer Atlas” has included the restaurant in the “Colosseo” hotel in its “Top 100 Italian Restaurants” for the second time. The award reflects its great respect for Italian culinary culture and hospitality. The authenticity of the dishes, the expertise in the kitchen and the quality of the ingredients all came under close scrutiny.
