Alpine flair in Europa-Park

„Erdinger Hütt'n“

Hearty and delicious

When the smell of spicy delicacies wafts through the air and welcoming noises fill the room, you know where you are: the “Erdinger Hütt'n” – a slice of Bavarian life in the heart of Europa-Park. Ten metres long and built from old pinewood, it looks like an Alpine hut from a bygone age. But its magic is not only in its external appearance: inside, the food is hearty and delicious – with casseroles, sharing dishes and even the odd vegetarian dish. And the hut is easily transformed into a stage for authentic Alpine entertainment with live music and no shortage of beer.

A mobile experience

But what hardly anyone realises is: the hut is mobile. It is constructed over just a few nights from 2000 parts entirely without screws – always from scratch, at the time of the Oktoberfest and in winter, when it is resplendent in its festive decorations. It’s less of a building, more of an experience – created by the company Kunstholzbau Schmidt and lovingly decorated by the Europa-Park team. Craftsmanship combines with passion here.
